If it rains, don’t worry, we’ll go ahead with the charter. We provide covers to protect all passengers from the rain, ensuring that you can still enjoy your time onboard comfortably. Your enjoyment is important to us, and we do our best to make your experience as pleasant as possible, rain or shine.  If the weather is extreme, we will notify you to make alternative arrangements. 

Yes, you are welcome to swim in Noosa River off the boat during your charter. We encourage you to enjoy the refreshing waters of the river, but please remember to do so responsibly and follow any safety guidelines provided by the captain or crew to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Yes, we do provide towels onboard for your convenience. We want to ensure that your charter experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so we supply towels to help you make the most of your time on our boat.

Yes, there is plenty of shade on our boat. Our vessel is equipped with ample shaded areas to keep you comfortable during your charter. Whether you prefer to relax in the shade or soak up the sun, we have you covered.

We regret to inform you that we are not wheelchair accessible however we may have limited accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges.  Please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about accessibility, and we will do our best to assist in any way we can.

While it is not mandatory for adults to wear a life jacket during the cruise, we have plenty of life jackets available onboard. We highly recommend that children under 12 wear one for their safety during the cruise. Our crew is there to assist and ensure everyone’s safety, so please feel free to ask for a life jacket if you have any concerns or need one.

While we love furry companions, we’re sorry to say that we are not currently able to accommodate pets on our boat. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our passengers.
