CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely event of your trip being cancelled please read the following information:

 

Full Refund: If you cancel your charter 14 days or more prior to your charter booking date a full refund will be given, minus any transaction fees and a cancellation processing fee of $50.

 

50% Refund: If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 5 days prior to your charter booking date a 50% refund will issued, minus any transaction fees and a cancellation processing fee of $50.

 

No Refund: If you cancel your charter 5 days or less prior to your charter booking date no refund will be given.

 

Weather cancellation: If we cancel the charter due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or credit note of the charter cost at Lilo Noosa’s discretion. This credit note must be used within 6 months of original charter cancellation date.

 

*Pre-ordered food may be non-refundable depending on the time of cancellation. For charters cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, food costs cannot be refunded.

 

*Any refunds given do not include any booking fees, surcharges, or credit card processing fees paid at the time of booking.

 

For any extenuating circumstances please email hello@lilonoosa.com.au, these will be processed at Lilo Noosa’s management discretion on a case by case basis.

 

It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to hello@lilonoosa.com.au, cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
